Mend DESA R165AT Heater Turn Runs

DESA space heater mod. R165AT?

What is my problem. When I turn it on it runs about 1 min. then the circut breaker kicks out. I can reset the breaker but it will kick out after about a minute again. I have two of them and both have the same problem.
