Why won't my Indesit W123 fill up with hot water?

Hi,

your machine will only fill with hot water on 60 degree washes or higher, and it will initially fill with cold water then 'top up' with hot water in 3 scond bursts if it detects a full load in the machine! not much use really, its a gimmick because the british public like hot fill. most european and new british machines are cold fill, and no less efficient!
