how can I fix my Ace High Steamer, Model #5000?

My steamer has 2 power switches, 1 controls the heat and the other controls the steam. When I turn the heat button, it illuminates green and when I turn on the steam button it doesn't turn on green nor does the steam start to come out. What could possibly be my problem, and is it fixable?
