How can i stop my songs from only playing the intro?

I don't know what i have done but every time i go to listen to a song it only plays about the first 10 seconds of the song. There is a red symbol at the top next to the battery symbol with a red arrow and an 'I' I don't know how to get rid of it. Does anybody know what i mean or feel they can help me?
