Loose handle on upvc window?

Hello, I have upvc window where the handled is very loose. It works and locks ok, but feels like it could twist off if I tried. There are two screws attaching it to the window. If I unscrew the handle, will there a screw on the back of the handle that will tighten things up, or do I just need to get a new handle?
