internet explorer not coming up?

i click on internet explorer and have yahoo as my home page. i cannot get yahoo to come up at all, not even my yahoo email. i can pull up other websites, but not yahoo or msn. i have contacted dell and my isp, but i havent done any good so far. please help.

Use Firefox instaed it is light years ahead of Internet Explorer much safer and more fun and easy to use and has tabbed browsing and great themes and add ons .. and no more pop ups and ITS FREE

Try deleting all temporary internet files, cookies etc from Tools - Internet Options. Also check that security level for Internet set to Medium. You could even add yahoo.co.uk into your trusted sites in the Internet Options.

Failing that try a detect and repair on IE from Add / Remove programs.

You may have inadvertently blocked that site for IE. Try yusing a different browser like Firefox or Opera. All available for free.
