fisher & paykel smart drive 5.5 gw509au Wont Drain?

Could someone help me please?

My fisher & paykel smart drive 5.5 gw509au wont drain when it comes to rinse and spin, you can hear it trying and some does come out. Sometime it will empty but most of the time it wont. Also sometimes the machine will bleep and stop running half way through a cycle, i have to turn it off and start it up again. Any ideas what i can do?

Fairly obvious that there must be something inside the pump blocking it. Empty the water by hand if necessary then remove the pump & clear any rubbish inside.
