dont ever drill into the seal of a unit, it wont remove any condensation or diminish it in any way as air still gets trapped between the panes, and its just another way to let water in! get your landlord to replace the units, very simple and not too expensive.

There is a short-term solution to this, but as you are renting it's probably not a good idea.

You drill 2 very small holes in opposite corners of the window through ONE of the panes of glass on the outside.

This effectively reduces it almost to single-glazed, but will reduce or completely remove the condensation.

Or, just bear with it, as it won't do any harm to you.

The only way to get rid of this is to have the double glazed unit replaced, A easy job for a glazier

Do nothing except inform the landlord or his agent. It's the landlord's responsibility to maintain the fabric of the property. The double glazed units have lost their seal and moist air has entered them. They are not repairable - just replaceable. It will happen to all double glazed units eventually.
