How can I restore my 'record' function in Humax PVR?

Hi,
Sorry posted my question as an answer - my 9200T has lost it's record function within the Menu area. I cant even view the stuff I've recorded now let alone record.
Can anyone give me advice on how I can restore. Similar to other probs mine' seems to have started once everyone had to do the digital upgrade thing Nov last year.
Any ideas?
