my exxcel wvt 1260 30 min wash is now taking three hours! ?
Have descaled, washed large and small items together in order to reduce any imbalance, programme changes during the wash. Also have run without any clothes or detergent - still takes three hours, even when no additional options selected. It display reads 1 minute left then suddenly will display 34mins !
