I have a Hoover WDM 150 which is not fully spinning and draining, can anyone advise how to change the brushes or where to start in the absence of a manual !
if its not spinning or draining properly then its a drainage problem. check the pump is working ( you should be able to hear it ) check
for blockages in the drain pipe.
