Mine does - you fail to mention anything about yours...
Navigate to Network Connections - if you see a wireless icon then you have a wireless device driver in the machine - not necessarily the hardware though but there's a strong probability that your machine does have a wireless card if you have the driver for it.
If there's a red cross on the wireles icon that means that wireless is turned off - right click and select view available networks - connect to your own router.
If there's no wireless icon then you don't have the driver installed so even if there is a wireless card in the machine - it won't work - not without a driver.
Go to Control Panel / System / Hardware / Device Manager / Network adapters and have a look there...
