my vacuum runs but has no suction. I put a new bag on correctly, but can only get suction if I plug the bottom hole with my hand. the vacuum is a kenmore model 116 38149791. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I've had a similar problem even after replacing the filter and bag, hoover helpline suggested I change my belt as although it still allows it to run it will not pick up very well. Hope this helps
