if pump isnt jammed then i think its the carbon brushes

remove the bottom plinth then remove the filter.once filter is removed look inside the filter housing with a torch and see if there is anything jammed in the pump.also check motor brushes and wiring to the motor.These machines will not spin single heavy items especially bath mats!
