Kelvinator O15 (LW015-1C) washing machine will not power on?

Product # 90918, S/N EUL654132, Model LW015-1C.
It will not Power On.
When wall power switch is turned off/on nothing happens.
When Power Button button on machine is pressed, nothing happens.
Is there an internal circuit braker behind the control pannel??
