Boiler locks out on start up from cold, ?

My boiler locks out on start up only, I press the orange button and it works ok all night.

Its a bentone sterling st108

Bentone Bentone ST108 Heating, Home Heating Systems Boiler Lockout Heating

Fixed it myself, change the capacitor and all working, the problem was the capacitor did not start the fan when cold.
