Beko WMA 520A Not draining and not finishine its cycle?

remove the filter at the bottom right behind the bottom plinth.once the filter has been removed shine a torch in to the filter housing and make sure the drain pump impellor rotates freely.to reset the machine switch on and then hold the start/pause/cancel button in for 5 seconds.this will make the machine reset after about 3 mins
