I have a 49cc mini quad that keeps overflowing the carb bowl and then fuel comes out the overflow tube. I tried adjusting the float but no dice. So I broke down and bought a new carb but it still has the same problem. If I restrict fuel flow with the fuel supply valve it does better but only for a minute or two before it either floods out or starves.
mmmmmmm sounds like a case of the cheap chinese parts problem.a new carb should be fine really have a look in the needle seat to amke sure there is not any maufacturing swarf.this will stop the needle from seating properly and therefore allow fuel past the seat.
