Problem E37 on Ferroli Boiler; but how do we fill the boiler with water? ?

Can see on all forums that the problem is fixed by filling the boiler with water but can't find any way / avenue / area to physically fill the boiler - SOS or should i write HELPPPPPPPP!!!

Ferroli Heating, Home Heating Systems Problem Fill Find

should have a filling loop underneath by the gauge. Leave the two blue taps, open the two black taps and watch the gauge go up to 1.5 bar. Then turn off both black taps. This boiler should be under warranty (HE31/38?)
