Sportcraft tx4.9 shuts down after a few seconds?

My Sportcraft tx4.9 is shutting down after a few seconds and shows "3" in the speed column. This happened after my bf decided to see if he could run at the highest speed of "10". He hopped on it going this fast, the treadmill tipped and then shut down. Any suggestions?

if it resets and runs a few seconds try pushing the connector plug for console (it looks like a telephone plug) up or down to see if it will run longer than a few seconds. If this works your connector plug has loose solder joints.
