How can i fix my INDESIT tumble dryer?

My Indesit tumble dryer is making a large banging noise when I start it up from cold.
There is nothing stuck in the drum and the noise continues when there is no load in the drum.

Any ideas as what i can do ?

Hi - we just had the same problem, it is the drum shaft at the back. The part was really cheap (£20) from an online company called espares and simple to replace - If you want to phone me I will tell you how to check to see if it is that part - 07725023739.
