I cannot drain my machine using the hose at back. I assume the hose/outlet is blocked. How can I open the door to get the clothes out. The repair man cannot come until Monday [today is friday}
unplug your machine from the mains then remove all the pipes from the pump. simply follow the drain hose back to find the pump, check the pipes for blockages, re-attatch and should work.
