how do i fix a stone cold radiator?

unscrew the trv head off it might have failed causing a restriction

try bleeding the water out! you need a radiator key and then turn the screw in the top side of the radiator until the sound of air stops and water starts coming out,then tighten it back up.It might be full of air and thats why its not heating up!
