If the condensate pipe is cut internally due to frozen pipes, it is classedas I>D> immediatly dangerous and should be isolated as this pipe forms part ofthe flue and gives out carbon monoxide....................get a proper gas engineer on it asap

Right now my condensation 'inside the house' pipe is dripping into a bucket in the loft. I have to pour it out daily - but the heating came right back on after pressing the reset button. Because these systems automatically switch off when pipes freeze - once the water is draining into a bucket -it can be switched back on. The engineer showed me how to do it today. I will replace the pipe back into the wall 'outside pipe' when the outside area thaws. Needs extra heavy outside insulation as even insulated pipes are freezing. At least I have heating and hot water.

Same here. Two weeks ago, I had to have the pipe for the trickling condensation fitted inside the house instead of outside, was advised by my heating system supplier, to have it done via bathroom shower waste pipe. Now this also is frozen. They tell me it is now my responsibility to deal with it as there is not much more they can do. It's happening to hundreds of people with these boilers. The slow trickle of condensation is freezing solid as it gets to the short pipe just outside the house. The new shower is therefore now being flooded with condensation water because it cannot get past the frozen pipe. This system is badly designed for the Scottish winters apparently. Even insulated outside pipes are freezing so I will have to get the whole area covered and insulated. Spent thousands on this system in January. What a let down.

I'm not a plumber but have you checked your pressure guage,my guess is the pressure has fallen and you need to bring it back up to about 2.
There should be a screw head on the 'bendy pipe' under the boiler try and turn this in a clockwise direction(a little at a time)until the dial rises to 2.
Good Luck, Yozza.
