Mend Ravenheat RSF 84E Going Appears Firing

Ravenheat combi RSF 84E what's going on?

Just moved address and now got Ravenheat combi. Everything appears to be working, firing up ok, no problems with heating BUT when I need hot water at sink or bath, it comes out hot then goes cold, then goes hot, then runs cold etc. Consequently I am washing up and bathing in lukewarm water. The boiler has been repressurised a couple of times. The bar reaches 2 when heating on and then falls to 1.5 when cold. Any ideas?
