how do i fix my kenmore series 80model 23812100 serial cm 4920745?

my washer will aggitate but when it comes to spinning it out it wouldn't do it in any of the different cycles what could be the problem on the day it happened the washer was off balance really bad and my kids just left it go and my series doesn't have an automatic shut off i also need to see where the part goes
