I have a Sagem DV3 Freeview Box and I have tried and tried to rescan, and reinstall as if for the first time, etc., to try to get the new FilmFour channel but no matter what I try it doesn't work. I even bought a new scart plug with the gold colour ends which are supposed to enhance the signal but still to no avail. Any ideas?
I have lost the disk to install my august dv3 tv adapter is there any other way i can get the drivers installed

It keeps updating, with new channels at any time, roughly every half hour or so, during a programme I am watching. I would wish to update, when I choose. I cannot find a way of fixing or holding on manual

Enhancing your SCART won't enhance your signal or fix this problem. Your problem happens way before it gets to the SCART plug. Do you get ALL the other channle OK or are some oyther missing? Can you get channel 31 (Film4) at all. (Channel 31 used to be more4+1 and may be labeled as such on your EPG.) If not you probably need your aerial looking at. If you tell us what aerial you are using and how old it is some one may be able to help. BTW indoor and loft aerials are notorious for not getting Freeview.
