how can i fix my triton t90xr as it is airlock?

Disconnect electrical power (best to open the circuit breaker or fuse rather than relying on anything else)

Open the case (two screws at top and two at bottom)

Remove front panel and disconnect on/off switch

There is a small tap-like thing on the lower left of the shower internals just above the water inlet. It rotates at 90 degrees to you when you face the shower and should be finger-tight. This is the bleed screw. Turn this to loosen it and you should start getting some water leaking out over your hand. Wait until the airlock has fully cleared and then tighten the bleed screw.

Reattach the on/off switch and close the case fully.

Make sure the on/off switch is off.

Reconnect electricity.

Set the shower controls to cold (i.e. top dial on blue setting, bottom dial all the way down to 1)

Switch on the shower; water should start flowing in a few seconds and gradually steady itself as the remainder of the airlock clears.

Once the water flow is steady the shower is ready for use.
