My samsung tocco f480 will not charge up, the phone is fine, i have tried a new charger but it still doesnt charge up. any ideas what is wrong or how much it will cost to be repaired?

I have the same problem, My tocco wont charge in standby mode, so everytime when my battery about to gone, I turned off my mobile and then charge it. its works for me..... but im not happy with this procedure....
