how can i fix my quantum 11 HR treadmill?

recently I noticed that the mph buttoms from 8 - 10 were not responding when pressed, neither does the manual up and down arrow that control the speed, now 6 and 7 are not working. All the other functions work, can I buy a replacement part for this or is it more complicated than that?
