Peugeot 206 gti?

Hi all, do you know if I can do the same with a 206 gti, 2000 x Reg, would I be able to take it apart and clean it, my left indicator won't turn off and alot of the time the hazard light flash then wen I indicate right it clicks off then indicates left immediately.
