How do I rename a item on the key of my samsung ser6500 cash register?

I have a samsung ser6500 cash register and it is already programmed but I would like to change some of the item names on the register. Could you please help me with these steps.

Is it a 6500, or 6500II?
Are you re-programming departments or PLUs?
