Bosch WFK2801 spin cycle does not run time jumps from 10 to 5 min then 2?

The spin cycle on the Bosch WFK2801 does not engage on a wash programme or the spin only cycle.

On the spin only programme the timer jumps from 10 to 5 minutes and then to 2 minutes. The drum does not spin

The same also happens on a wash cycle

All hoses, pipes and filters have been cleared

Anything else that i should try?
