I wouldnt fit it yourself just had mine done on a 106 1.1 and had to have a new gasket and new cam belt with it as thats standard. If you have been driving it then it will have done more damage to your engine than you think. Had my car back today and my bill was £246.00.

just going on the need for you to ask this question id say take it to a garage. as you will have to take the engine head off. not something for a girl to do im afraid. dont be offended. if you can find out the torque spec for head bolts and will be able to clean it up properly and find a torque wrench, then do it.
