fuel for sgt24?

I would of thought, if fuel filter blocked, not enough fuel to start, Filter is probably in fuel tank, Try taking it out, and back flushing it. How old is your fuel, Fuel goes off after a few months, depending on conditions. If you have plastic fuel tank, empty it, flush it out, (clean fuel) take filter off, filter some fuel to put in, through any very fine mesh, Nylon stockings used to be the favorite. run with out filter, If all ok then it is filter, But think try with fresh fuel first.
