hi i have a panasonic txl42u2b which at times de-tunes?

this tv works fine all day then some times it just breaks up, freezes etc. Its so bad we cant watch it, untill it been retuned, the other day I had to retune 4 times, ok for about an hour the packs up again.
The areial is ok as another tv upstairs runs off the it. This tv works ok.
Has any one had this trouble.???????????
