how to fixmy bosch excell 1400 express washing machine?

my wae28465gb/05 will not drain and door stays locKed so i have to drain water from front pipe then spin the wash to remove water from clothes. i have cleaned front numerous times just little gritty grey bits. cleaned soap dispenser checked. rear hose not blocked. washing machine now very loud and door rubber seal mouldy and slightly mis shaped.
washing machine is heavily used. live in hard water area.
any ideas? worth fixing or buy new?
