Try deleting obsolete documents.
Try un-installing obsolete and no longer used applications. If you did a factory restore, you NEED to remove a lot of scrap.
Try defragmenting your drive.

That said, in the future, at LEAST TRY writing in proper english, using complete words. Don't use any abbreviations. Your question is a real torture to read.
