I am assuming that you have hot and cold water feeds fitted on your machine. Check the hose (hot water) is not kinked and that the inlet filter on both the machine and the hose ends are not blocked. And the hot water tap is turned on obviously. If this does not work the dual inlet valve might be blocked or stuck closed
