fuel line on a ryoby 2800r weed eater?

i've put a new line from gas tank on the long fitting to primer pump and from short to card but where does the other line on the other side of carb go or is that just a breather line....and also i have a second hole on gas tank seems like something is broke there and now gas leaks from it
