what does the water pump look like on a intuitive eco lw812?
my intuitive eco lw812 keeps coming up with an error message 37. other posts have said its the water pump and to take it off and clear the blockage. where exactly is the pump and what does it look like?
Fairly obviously that it must be attached to the drain hose. Have you tried following the drain hose down until it ends at the pump. If you can't do that then try tipping machine back against the wall. Look under the front on the right hand side of outer bowl. It will have a small cooling fan facing down and the drain hose will be attached to the same mounting plate.
