Mend APM APM6855 Fridge Freezer Ice

APM6855 - 50:50 fridge freezer?

Freezer works, fridge didn't. Took back panels off freezer and defrosted big block of ice. OK for 3 months, then same problem. Also ice appears in bottom of freezer after about a week. How can I rectify this problem permanently? Simple answers please, I'm a girl.
