samsung sps 1000?

have just reset and reprogrammed this machine, all is fine with the exception of the print size.
It is about two thirds of the normal size and set to the left.
Any ideas.

Haven't had much to do with this model but I believe they use a separate printer. Have you set the register to the correct brand/ model of printer?
