Zanussi Jetstream 1400 - E40 error code flashing?
Load of washing in and 56mins to go and this error code comes up. Wash in mid cycle can't clear it and can't open the door even if I could the machine is full of water inside.
drain the water via the filter
E40 is a door lock error.might need a new door interlock or a wiring issue to it.if when you remove the old door lock it has a brown heat mark in the centre of it then it might of blown the pcb!!
