How can I change the rubber seal on WFK2801 BOSCH washing machine?

The outer ring comes off easily but to put it back is an impossible task!
The inner ring has a screw mechanism which holds the rubber n place but it is impossible to get to!
How do I undo both of these rings and put them back in again? Do I need any special tools?
