problem with forks keep knocking sv 650s suzuki y?

ive just replaced the fork oil and race bearings the bearings cant get any tighter but when i bounce the forks i still can feel a knock on compression ive got no leeks and i put 10w oil in forks suzuki sv650sy its not the brakes as i can feel the knock in the forks

Sounds like yoke bearings. They may have giving you wrong set, or not genuine parts for bike.

try the top yoke bearing they some times knock

can you feel the knock without holding the brake on or just when you push it forward with the brake on?
