Mend Beko Water Tank Condenser Dryer Not

The water tank in my Beko condenser dryer is not filling with any water ?

There isn't any water in the water tank container as there used to be so where is it going. It is taking several hours to dry washing, even when Ive cleaned the filters. I used to have to empty the container after several drying loads but now there is never any water in it
