LG Tromm washer?

I am having the same problem with the LE error message, I tried unplugging it 4x to the left and 4x to the right, it worked for 1 minute and stopped. I tried it a few times and got the same. LG technician service call is $95.00 minimum - not including parts and and time to fix.

Any help on how to fix this without the huge cost is very much appreciated
