Mend Ferroli Domi Condense HE26 c Heating Expansion Filling

heating?

The PRV is leaking constantly with no heating on? is it the plate heat exchanger or the the expansion vessal. The filling loop is not passing. Ferroli Domi Condense HE26 c The prv is faulty i know that because it is dripping even at 1 bar of presure. But the guage keeps going up to 3 bar with no heating on

Are you absolutely sure the filling loop is not responsible,disconnect it to make sure.If its ok then the likely thing will be the heat exchanger. Underneath the boiler there is a 15mm pipe for the cold feed,there is an isolator valve that can be closed,close it then drop pressure to 1 then see if it rises,if not its the heat exchanger
