Is it worth mending a 43SL Suffolk Punch ?

I have been without a lawn for several years. I have just found my old Suffolk punch 43 SL 80102 Seized up Cylinder , Slack pull cord for electronic ignition pull.

I now have grass, growing fast, and a pert old mower not going anywhere. I fancy having a bash.
